Traditional Steel Roller Shutters

Manufactured from 75mm Curved Galvanised Steel Lath in various thicknesses depending on security requirements suitable for commercial/office premises that can be fully punched/perforated if required.

  • Suitable for domestic, retail, commercial, bar, servery, kiosk and cabinet use.
  • Manual and 240v Electrically Operated Options.
  • Spans upto 7000mm overall guides
  • Suitable for internal or external installation
  • Can be Powder Coated to a standard BS/Ral colour

Aluminium Roller Shutters

Manufactured from strong double wall 38mm deep extruded aluminium laths, the C38 is ideal for higher security domestic and medium security office/commercial use with the option of part (when only partial vision is required) or fully punched/perforated curtain.

  • Suitable for domestic, retail, commercial, bar, servery, kiosk and cabinet use
  • Can be supplied for ‘built in’ window applications
  • Delivers up to 45% vision (fully punched), 17% (fully perforated)
  • Punched lath available in ‘in-line’ or ‘brickbond’ pattern
  • Spans width up to 4000mm overall end guides (3500mm when using perforated lath)
  • Suitable for internal or external installation
  • Polycarbonate glazing option to punched/perforated curtain gives external weatherproofing
  • Push up, Handle wind or Electric operation available
  • Locking: Push up by key lock or shootbolts, handle wind and electric include drive down high security auto lock which ‘locks’ the shutter down when fully closed
  • Standard colours are: Guides, bottom rail and box housing in white or brown. Curtains in white, brown or cream.
  • Can be powder coated to standard BS/RAL colours
