I cannot recommend Fox Industrial Doors highly enough. From the initial enquiry through to completion, the entire process was seamless, efficient, and incredibly quick. The team attended site promptly, and all measuring and cut-out markings were completed within just 24 hours. Impressively, the door was then manufactured within a week, exceeding my expectations for both speed and professionalism. The installation itself was faultless. The fitters arrived on time, were polite, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in their work. Their attention to detail was evident throughout the installation, and they worked efficiently while maintaining a clean and tidy workspace. Upon completion, all packaging and waste materials were removed, leaving the site spotless. Before leaving, the installers took the time to provide a full demonstration of the door’s operation along with comprehensive maintenance advice, ensuring we were completely confident in its use and ongoing care. We called Harry and the team at Fox Industrial Doors after our roller shutter lost an argument with a fork lift truck. It was late in the day and they attended our works in a little over an hour and work was completed & the building was secure a couple of hours after that. Prices were explained and very reasonable. Our roller shutter door failed to open, so I contacted Fox Industrial Doors and spoke with Harry. Harry came up with a solution and an engineer came out the same day. Chris, the engineer was very polite, courteous and professional. He had the door opened, fitted some new parts and it was operational all within a couple of hours.
